MVP Test #1

Last week I launched a simple (humanAI 🧙‍♀️) MVP to help people save time and increase the impact of crafting messages to their weak network ties (most of us have around 900 LinkedIn connections but zero value).

I had 42 sign ups at www.shokku.co/beta from IH, Reddit, and some Slack channels.

My critical assumption was that I could help people save time (people told me they spend on average 30m writing these things), and improve hit rate (scheduling a call or coffee).

7 people went on to use the service resulting in 5 successful responses.

I am quite satisfied with the results but now need to test a new assumption (a little bit stuck on this).

When it comes to nurturing your second tier network, what challenges (if any) do you have?
