My 6 month LinkedIn automation mistake taught me something the gurus won't tell you

B2B audiences engage way more with vulnerability and specific problems than with success stories or achievements.

The opposite of what everyone preaches.

I had built generic post templates supposed to work for "any B2B business." They didn't. Every audience is completely different. What resonates with developers has nothing to do with what CFOs care about.

So I scrapped everything and rebuilt LiFast to analyze each business from their URL instead of making users fill out forms. Posts started sounding relevant overnight because they were based on actual audience research, not recycled best practices.

Half a year wasted. One realization changed everything.

What's the biggest wrong assumption you've shipped around?

I see that you use the same method you use on LinkedIn on Indie Hacker too, that shows that your idea actuallywork and you believe in it.
    That's what trying!
