My AI app went from 15 to 60+ sign-ups per day, and it's accelerating...

About a week ago, I posted on Indie Hackers explaining how I grew my AI app (agentrunner.ai) from 0 to 15 sign-ups per day as a solo founder/indie hacker.

Since then, I have been doubling down on what works (posting in communities and AI directories). The number of sign-ups went down for a few days, but it shot back up to 68 sign-ups yesterday...

About 10% of my traffic comes from Indie Hackers, so thank you for responding to my previous post and signing up!!! I'm super excited to be creating something people really want to try.

Here's a screenshot of Google Analytics over the past two weeks. As you can see, many new users are on the site, so today should be a good day!

Of course, things started breaking. I had to fix blocking bugs and add extra information to help users understand why their agents were not running.

Also, my OpenAI API bill grew massively. AgentRunner.ai is currently free, so I'm footing the bill. This is not sustainable, so I'll need to start charging users or get external funding. I don't know what pricing model would work best, so I might create another post this weekend asking for your opinion...
