My app has been live for a week, with zero downloads.

I've been posting and engaging with people on mainstream social platforms like Threads, X, Instagram, and YouTube every day for the past week, but I haven't gotten a single user.

On top of that, the language barrier makes promoting the app seem even harder than I expected.
