My app’s live!

Hi!

After a few months of waiting for iOS 14 to drop, I’ve finally updated The Beaver App. It’s a productivity app for people who feel overwhelmed by standard GTD list managers. I use it every day, but I need some feedback!

Give it a try and let me know if it makes sense, or what! I’m getting into customer development mode right now, getting out of a feedback-devoid month.

Give it a download and let me know what you think:

The app looks straightforward, the screenshots are clean. The competition is fierce though. If I were you I'd also try a B2B version. For example, a Shopify todo app for e-commerce sellers, etc.

Thanks for giving it a look! I may need to look into getting over my fear of B2B

    So minimalistic :)
Did you think what could be your value proposition compared to the competition?

I’ve thought about the value proposition plenty. Minimalism is the focus, because I found that a complex to-do system with nested tasks makes it tough to see what’s on your plate. This just leads to more procrastination.

The three colored-screen flow is habit forming, which also leads to increased productivity (and retention). All of it is supposed to decrease the cognitive load of productivity.

Makes sense, quite often complex task trackers like Asana are overloaded.

Did you conduct any JTBD or UX interviews to find out how your target segment think about your app compared to the competition?

    I'm tryng.
    It looks solid and useful.

    Help to keep the focus.

My suggestion: A way to import/export the lists of To-Do's
