You'd be surprised how many SaaS businesses get the first point wrong, I mean it sounds like common sense, but no, clearly not. Thanks for sharing this. Very useful info.

I really like reading about founders' approaches to building businesses. It's so helpful. You start to see patterns so you know after a while if a lot of people are saying it that's good advice to follow but also you can find unique/lightbulb ideas that elevate your game above others. I'd never thought about the whole finding sponsors before so this falls into the latter category for me, so a very worthwhile read - thanks!
