My biggest mistake in 10 years?

Hey guys, just wanted to share with you the one BIGGEST mistake I made in my 10 years in entrepreneurship.

And that was:

NOT hiring a Quality Assurance Tester.

Thinking that I would 'save' by not spending a couple k $ cost me:

Time
Energy

and worst of all....

CUSTOMERS.

I lost CUSTOMERS because of the most minute issue that would come up.
Every tiny change we made in a system affected other moving parts elsewhere.

This took me far too long to realise my mistake.

So, I suggest to you - from my years in building stuff.

HIRE A QA TESTER. You have been WARNED.
