My chrome extension is now at 7000 users with 0 Ad spent

Dictozo (dictozo.com) has just crossed 7000 installs clocking at 3000 MAU.
Now I am thinking to start spending some in order to speed it up but I suck at FB ads.
Help me with some nonfamous cheap and good alternatives for promotions?

    Hi Rajan!

Congratulations for those 7000 users, your tool look very interesting

Congrats - seems like a very useful tool!

Really. this means a lot. But I have this mediocre feeling that no one would pay for something trivial like this.. so I am not pushing for sales. I have roughly a dozen paying users that are organic.

congrats on your success! Would you be willng to share how you did grow it without any ad so far please?

I have a chrome extension for whatsapp web and provides many useful features (I hope) but apparently having really hard time to get attention . If you share your your advice I would be gratefull :)

I dont think you need an alternative to FB ads or instagram ads, I think you just need to find someone to do them for you because FB would be a great place to market this with a little video of it in action. Same with Instagram, 15 seconds of screen time should do it . I would target any groups related to being bilingual as well. It seems close to catching fire, throw a few bucks at it.

Thanks for your valuable suggestions. I am looking at some target groups.

Don't let your personal ability to do Facebook ads or ads on any platform be an issue, you can go to fiverr or upworks and buy the ads and their management for cheap. Don't worry about revenue for this either because its such a basic benefit that with enough users someone would want to buy it as a complimentary service to whatever they are offering.
