I have big plans. I want to change the way companies build new features. while everyone is talking about customer centricity, only few are doing it right and systematically.
Right now I am focusing on churn reduction through customer feedback so you can approach churning users better. Also their feedback is key since you know on what to iterate if you talk to your users.
Later I will implement an integration that works similar to Google Analytics that identifies churn threats before they occur, so you can take action when it's actually not too late.
With all visions aside: I really depend on your feedback and I would love to hear your thoughts! Rip it apart if you want to – the better the feedback the better the product!
Philipp from Switzerland here. My initial reactions
You asked to be honest, so that's what I tried to be :)
Hey Philipp,
thank you so much for your feedback! I will answer your questions and comment your feedback in order :)
Thank you very much for your feedback! I really appreciate you trying the software in the first place and making the move to actually sign up entirely, even if the software might not be the right thing for you. 🎉☺️🙏
sounds like a good plan to start with "survey only" first and then add the machine learning part later! As far as I've seen you're two people in this, right? Would you be able to cover the machine learning part yourself or would you seek for outside help for this part?
I'm wondering if people would be willing to pay so much "just" for a survey. What's your target audience? How would you bring the word out? Would you be willing to have early adopters pay a "lower price" if they in turn help you feed your machine learning you plan for later?
No, I am working on this project alone :)
You are right, the pricing part something that needs to be validated in the first place. My target audience are SaaS companies with a large focus on customer centricity which have not reached PMF yet. Also I am no SaaS marketing expert, so I have no idea on how to bring the word out to be honest.
Of course I would offer a lower price for early adopters, so they can give me more insights and stuff. That would be smart I guess.
