My client changed the color palette for the 4th time, so I built something about it

I had just gotten off the phone with a client I'm doing a painting for. He asked me to change the whole color palette for the 4th time. A 4TH TIME. I couldn't take it anymore, so I had a friend help me build a website that keeps clients in check, it stops them from adding endless requests and forces them to request changes in a professional, pressure-free way, rather than just demanding it out of nowhere.
We're still new to this and just want to make the app better, both for our own use and for anyone dealing with the same problems. At the end of the day, freelancing in any field, coding, painting, editing, as long as you're doing something for someone, the issues are always the same. It's more about human communication than the service itself.
