My customer printed, signed, and scanned offer letters for 3 years. I finally fixed it.

Hey IH πŸ‘‹

I'm Zakir β€” solo founder of JuggleHire, a hiring tool for small teams. Bootstrapped, at ~$383 MRR, shipping weekly.

Yesterday I launched my 3rd Product Hunt: Offer Letters & E-Signatures built into the ATS.

The story

A few weeks ago one of my customers told me he'd been doing this for three years:

  1. Write the offer in Google Docs
  2. Export to PDF
  3. Email the PDF
  4. Wait a week
  5. Candidate prints it, signs it, scans it, emails it back
  6. Chase them when they forget
  7. Save the scan to a folder no one opens again

In 2026. With DocuSign existing. With his ATS already having the candidate's data, the job info, the salary, the start date β€” everything.

Every hiring tool I looked at either treats the offer stage as an afterthought or charges you extra for a bolt-on DocuSign integration. That's crazy. The offer is the most important email in the entire hiring process.

So I built it into JuggleHire directly.

What shipped

  • Pre-built templates β€” full-time, contract, internship (team can customize)
  • Rich letter editor β€” auto-fills candidate name, position, salary, start date from the job
  • Public sign page β€” candidate opens a link, reviews, draws or types a signature, done
  • Auto pipeline move β€” candidate slides to "Hired" on acceptance, no manual step
  • Smart reminders β€” nudge at 48h if unviewed, 5d if unsigned
  • Signed PDF β€” stored, downloadable, legally binding

No DocuSign fees. No printing. No scanning. No chasing.

The ask

I'd love your support and honest feedback on PH πŸ™

Also genuinely curious:

  • Founders who've hired: is this a painkiller for you, or a vitamin?
  • Fellow indie hackers: anything you'd do differently for a "feature launch" on PH vs a new product launch? This is my first time launching a feature on a product that already has users, and the playbook feels different.

I'm in the comments all day. Will reply to every single one.

If you want the full "why I built this" essay β€” the state of offer-letter workflows is weirdly broken across the entire hiring industry β€” I wrote it up here: jugglehire.com/blog/hiring-got-modernized-offer-letter-didnt

"Eliminating that 'print-sign-scan' loop is a massive painkillerβ€”it’s wild that in 2026, the offer stage is still so manual. Automating the pipeline move on signature is a slick touch for solo founders.
Since JuggleHire is solving a real-world workflow mess, you should enter it into this competition-Prize pool just opened at $0. Your odds are genuinely the best they'll ever be.
$19 entry. Winner gets a real trip to Tokyo β€” flights and hotel booked by us.
    Round 01 closes at 100 entries. tokyolore.com”
