Most startups don’t have a product problem.
They have a DISTRIBUTION problem.
For the last few months, I’ve been obsessively studying:
•Virality
•Audience psychology
•Content systems
•DISTRIBUTION infrastructure
•AI-native media systems
•Attention engineering
And I’ve realized something:
The next generation of startups won’t be built like software companies.
They’ll be built like media ecosystems.
The companies that win over the next decade won’t just build products.
They’ll build:
•Audiences
•Trust
•Narrative momentum
•DISTRIBUTION ENGINES
Sill treat content as marketing.
That’s the mistake.
Content is infrastructure.
So for the next 30 days:
I’m building the VIRAL DISTRIBUTION ENGINE™ publicly. A system I created & designed to help me solve all of my DISTRIBUTION problems as a founder. After a failed launch in March, earlier this year.
This is very deep & personal to me, because I also want to help other founders, business owners/operators & entrepreneurs just like me, solve all, if not, most of their DISTRIBUTION problems, bottlenecks &/or constraints too.
So in the next 30 days, I'm going to be building my system publicly online, alongside my AI startup, 🐝MoltyBeeAI™.
And I'll be sharing everything with you guys. My experience(s), lessons, frameworks, philosophies, everything!
Testing everything. Documenting everything. Optimizing everything, together with you, publicly.
So join me. & let’s see what happens.
What’s the biggest DISTRIBUTION challenge you see most founders/business owners struggling with today?
Best,
Sihle Dimaza
