My early lessons from small HN launch recap

Two days ago, I launched my side project Gachari on Hacker News.
Results: 2 upvotes, 26 visits, 1 signup.

I suspect the post disappeared quickly due to the algorithm, but it was still a good learning experience:
• Early traction matters a lot.
• Even a single signup is encouraging at this stage.
• Sharing publicly helps me stay accountable.

I just joined Indie Hackers to connect with other builders and share this journey.
