So We recently launch our Playstore App, it took 3 days for Playstore to approve our app, no single bug was found.
By the way, we are building a new inbox aka iMailbox to give users more control over their electronic inbox as well as their postal mailboxes.
So - about Appstore approval drama,
First, they thought our business model was not acceptable for Appstore, as they put it:
" Guideline 3.2.2 - Business - Other Business Model Issues - Unacceptable
The primary purpose of your app is to encourage users to watch ads or perform marketing-oriented tasks, which is not appropriate for the App Store.
Next Steps
We encourage you to review your app concept and incorporate different content and features that are in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines."
My Response to them
"RE: Guideline 3.2.2
Thanks for taking the time to review our app.
The primary purpose of our app is not to watch ads and perform marketing-oriented tasks. We are particularly against this business model.
This is a communication tool like email. The only difference is that consumer has more control over their inbox.
User request to stop paper junk mail by asking businesses to stop sending them to their addresses, they can opt to go paperless through our app by asking businesses to send their communication (Non-direct mail communications like billing statement, informational letter and direct-mail related paper communications like discount/coupons, Sales letters) through our app.
Because this business saves money on paper, stamps, and logistics, the users only get rewarded for a tiny fraction of going paperless. Our primary goal for making businesses to reward subscribers for going paperless is to discourage the use of paper and save trees and also to give subscribers more power over their inbox within our app as businesses will be wise not to blindly target subscriber's inbox just because the subscriber has subscribed to them, but rather make sure the information sent to subscribers is necessary and very important and targeting their subscribers fairly.
Businesses are penalized for unfairly sending unwanted or targeting their subscribers unfairly, and businesses will be provided with tools to look out for "unmatched" subscribers - i.e those who are not a good fit for their subscriber's list.
Our platform is unlike email and postal address which gives individuals little to no control who sends them what and how much communication is sent.
Thanks again and hope our request is given due consideration.

I a message that they were forwarding our app to another review team, probably their Executive App review team. Well, they accepted our business model as it is revolutionary.
They were two more issues with App performance which they won't approve out app due to this reason. The issues they were having while testing our app involved "No internet connection" on their attempt to login. We never experience any of such issues during our extensive testing. I contacted them with is, and they sent me a message and schedule a time to call back.
