A few weeks ago I shared how I replaced my $130/mo stack (GA4 + Hotjar + painful Google Sheet) with one clean $20 dashboard.
Since then I've picked up a handful of paying users. On the first calls I kept asking the same thing: what's the one thing you actually want analytics to show you?
The answer was almost identical every time:
"I just want to know which blog post makes me money."
Not heatmaps. Not session replay. Just real revenue attribution from content and traffic sources.
That single sentence made me rewrite the landing page and rebuild the main dashboard view around it. It's now the headline on zenovay.com.
Honest lessons after the first sales:
Nobody buys a feature list. They buy the answer to the exact question that's keeping them up at night.
The feature I spent the most time on wasn't what sold. Revenue attribution was.
Marketing is still 5x harder than building. But when the message matches what people actually care about, replies and DMs get way warmer.
Competing with free (GA4) isn't about price. It's about giving back the hours you lose every week.
Question for the community: What's the #1 thing you wish your analytics could tell you right now?
Zenovay is live at zenovay.com — traffic, heatmaps, session replay, and revenue attribution in one place. No cookies. One script tag.
