My first post

I’m Alex from Toulouse (France), currently working on Kalyvox.

It’s an AI voice agent for SMEs that answers inbound calls, qualifies requests, and turns each call into a structured summary ready to handle.

Still early, looking for honest feedback from people dealing with inbound calls (real estate, services, etc).

It is such a massive weight off a business owner's shoulders when they can finally stop checking their phone every five minutes during dinner to see if they missed a potential client. Most people don't realize that a standard voicemail is often where a lead goes to die, simply because it doesn't give the customer any immediate confirmation that their specific problem can actually be solved by your business.

Since you are focusing on turning calls into structured summaries, does the agent also have the ability to perform "live lookups"—like checking a CRM or a calendar in real-time—to give the caller a concrete answer while they're still on the line?

You're pointing at the real shift: from passive capture → active resolution.

Today we focus on not losing the lead (structured summaries > voicemail).

Next step is live resolution via integrations (CRM, calendar, etc.).

We’re already testing controlled “live lookup” flows, but only where we can guarantee accuracy — because a wrong answer in real-time breaks trust instantly.

Out of curiosity, what would be the most critical real-time action for your use case?

Accuracy is definitely the right priority—nothing kills a brand faster than an AI hallucinating on a live call.

For my use case, the most critical real-time action would be Lead Tiering. If the AI identifies a high-value lead (based on specific revenue triggers), it should be able to offer an immediate "VIP" booking or a direct transfer.

By the way, once you’ve nailed that "Active Resolution" phase, you’ll have a massive narrative for the media. I work in Digital PR and media placement, and what I see is that journalists at places like AP News or Yahoo Finance are tired of "generic AI" stories. They want to cover tools that solve the "Trust Gap."

A story about an AI agent that actually reduces friction without losing the human touch is exactly what gets you featured on high-authority news sites. That kind of media validation would make your outreach to SMEs so much easier because you’re no longer just another AI tool—you’re a verified solution.

When you're ready to scale that authority, let's talk about how to position this for a global media push.
