Hi everyone,
This is my first post. I've been a member for at least 4 years, but I have always been more of a reader than a writer.
I'm the co-founder and CTO of Glassix and a father to 2 babies.
We are pre-launching Glassix for the first time as a true SaaS platform.
We have been bootstrapping up until a year ago and have about 800 customers (most of them were acquired by going door to door). We have managed to bootstrap to a few millions ARR and decided it's time to grow faster. I'm sure I'll write a post about our journey one day.
Anyway, Glassix is a messaging inbox for all your customer conversations.
If we have so many customers, what does this pre-launch means?
It means self-service; until now, we held our customer's hands.
So now people can sign up, connect their channels like WhatsApp and email, build impressive chatbots, and more.
So I would really appreciate feedback, primarily on our onboarding process. Our sign-up process is in good shape, but we have had a few dozen sign-ups and not much usage; people would not connect their channels to start working.
You can sign up here, and it's free for at least 3 months.

We only accept company emails (meaning no Gmail), how much of a problem is that?
