I think that the idea is interesting. It's a bit unclear as to exacly what I get as a user. Sure I get a feed, but how is it displayed? Can I view it on my phone, still look at the comment section etc? How do I know that the posts viewed are of high quality, and that I don't get some junk articles?
I think it would be really cool for a "technical depth" option. E.g. low is wikipedia articles, reddit posts etc, medium is blog posts, high is scientific papers. I would love to receive articles and scientific papers related to my field of study every week to read when I have a minute over.
Finding good ones takes time, which could be a great angle to take. If you promise that the posts/articles are of good quality, e.g. reviewed by you, I think it could justify the price.
Taking the LEAN approach, you could start by reading every single post before sending them to your users, and then once you have some customers, you can figure out a way to automate the process.

Actually you get an RSS feed which you can read with your preferred feed reader. You can also read the content directly from Keep Me On Top or receive a periodic email summary.
As for the quality, you first choose a source (e.g. https://www.keepmeon.top/new/lobsters/) and then set some "filters" like minimum score or the minimum number of comments a post must have, or the tags you're interested in, etc.
I didn't think about manual/smart curation, that's a nice idea! And could be an additional "source".
