My First SaaS: AI SEO Content & Repurposing Platform (Would Love Your Feedback)

Hey Indie Hackers,

I’m Frank — and this is my first attempt at building and launching a SaaS on my own. Honestly, it’s been both exciting and overwhelming. I’ve been learning everything on the fly: Stripe, Cloudflare, SEO, design, you name it.

The idea came from my own struggle: I needed content for SEO, email, social, etc. but I couldn’t afford writers or agencies. So I built a tool that takes one long blog post and repurposes it into dozens of assets:

Email teasers

LinkedIn/Twitter posts

Product descriptions

Headline variations

It also bakes in competitor analysis, keyword optimisation, and even has a “bring your own API key” option if you already have access to GPT/Claude/Gemini.

Right now there’s a Free Plan (5 runs/month + BYOK) and an Unlimited Plan ($19/month). I know pricing is always tricky, so feedback on that would be super valuable.

Some early test users have seen nice results (one case study saw 3,000% traffic growth and 91 new ranking keywords over 6 months). That blew my mind and gave me the push to actually ship this.
