Why newsletter ?
I like to build different online products. I don't want to make only app or websites. Making newsletter seems a awsome idea . It came to my attention via my first million podcast.

My goals
1- Learn to lunch fast in public and do not afraid of lunch
2- Learn to be consistent.Most projects are not successfull in a night.
3- Learn to automate some part of process.
4- Build audience.
My challenges :
1- Fear
2- Initial cost of lunching this project (Money and most importatly time)
3-Social Media account challenges.
4- A lot of stuff I thought it is easy It maybe easy however it take time to setup first. A lot of problems I thought it is hard , I found my answer with simple google search. So helped me to get out of my own mind.

What does excited me ?
I have a love in my heart and mind for human languages and programming languages. So I am excited about this even though I will build other indie products fast.
Keep doing. As long as you love it, you can keep the momentum. I love Micro SaaS space and built Micro SaaS HQ but that's a combination of both Newsletter and community.
What is the plan for 'building the audience'? Are you part of any related groups on FB or Reddit or anywhere? Or you just need to build from zero?
I have to build the community too. We will see. You are way ahead of me.
I have some other ideas to lunch too. I also need to put some time to build community for this one.

My first company is also a newsletter called SaaS Weekly, a weekly newsletter that helps B2B SaaS founders discover their next growth strategy.
Personally, running a content-first business has taught me:
overcome perfectionism and just publish/launch things
how to write effective copy to achieve an end result (i.e. add subs or build brand value)
understanding that value starts with your content, not with your product

Smart move, I have seen people making good amount of money by just dropping emails. I would have done the same if I had no knowledge of coding, but good at writing.
