My first three weeks working on MadeOnSol

I'm Stijn, solo founder of MadeOnSol.com — the honest Solana tool directory.

I kept getting burned by Solana tools that were hyped but useless. Every "best tools" list was a paid promotion. So I built the directory I wished existed.

Where I'm at:

- 600+ Solana tools listed across 26 categories

- 5 built-in intelligence tools: Deployer Hunter (250K+ wallets tracked), CTO Radar (community takeover scoring), Token Scanner (instant risk scores), Wallet X-Ray (PnL & win rate for any address), and a Token Launcher with MEV protection

- First organic tool claim from a company with 24K X followers

- 173 Google-indexed pages, up from 40 three weeks ago

- ~€140/month to run everything

- $0 revenue (building trust first)

Stack: Next.js, Supabase, Hetzner VPS, gRPC for real-time blockchain data. Built entirely with Claude as my coding partner.

Biggest challenge right now: SEO. 1,400 pages waiting to be indexed. Working on backlinks and content.
