As a founder, I sign up for 50+ new tools every month to research the market. The result? My primary email became unusable. Phishing, spam, "follow-ups"... you name it.
Standard spam filters weren't enough. So I spent the weekend building my own "Corporate Email Firewall".
The concept (Sentry):
Instead of giving out my real email, I use AI-shielded aliases.
- Incoming mail hits a Cloudflare Worker.
- Gemini 2.0 AI analyzes the intent in <500ms.
- Spam/Phishing? → Blocked instantly
- Real Lead? → Forwarded to my clean inbox
The best part?
Last week, the system flagged a "Leak Event". I saw exactly which SaaS vendor sold my data because the spam started hitting a unique alias I only used for them.

Great product!
I recently built a small tool that can automatically mark emails as read when I push a button on a Gmail notification — it saved me a surprising amount of time I used to spend opening Gmail just to clear new messages.
Unfortunately, I can’t release it publicly because it relies on the sensitive “mark as read” API, which requires additional Google verification and significant costs.
A clean inbox really is underrated. Thanks for sharing, and best of luck with the product!
