Hey I'm Jack. I scaled an E-commerce business from £0 - £100k a month in revenue this year completely bootstrapped. Yes we have been selling a premium hand sanitiser during a period of very high demand for the product so I am by no means a 'genius.' I have learn't a lot though and I am really happy to share my lessons on what we've done well and not so well. Scaling an ecom business is easier than ever before and you only need to get a few things right to get going.
