Hi fellow indiehackers! 👋🏻
I'm Julian. I want to share my journey into entrepreneurship and talk about Simulit, my project aimed at improving how we conduct customer interviews using AI.
Background:
My path to entrepreneurship was not direct. I started with a basic commercial training and quickly realized I wanted something different. With encouragement from my wife, I explored various ventures, from starting a marketing agency to joining a startup incubator, learning valuable lessons along the way.
After moving to Freiburg for my wife's studies, I participated in a startup competition. It was a great experience, but it also showed me how easy it is to miss connecting with potential users before launching a product.
The Idea:
Working as a product manager in the E-Learning sector, I noticed a gap in how we conduct customer interviews. While there are many tools out there, I saw an opportunity to create Simulit, aiming to make customer interviews more engaging and effective through AI, especially for text-based conversations.
About Simulit:
Simulit is my attempt to offer something a bit different in the space of customer feedback tools. It's designed to combine AI's efficiency with the depth of real conversations, making customer interviews not just more accessible but also more insightful.
Why I'm Sharing Here:
I'm not claiming to have created something completely new, but I am excited about the potential of Simulit to offer a fresh perspective on customer interviews. I'm here to share my story and get feedback from anyone interested in improving customer engagement, whether you're an entrepreneur, a product manager, or just curious about these processes.
Get Involved:
If Simulit sounds interesting or if you have thoughts on customer interviews, I'd love to hear from you. It's important for me to build this project transparently and learn from a community like this one.
You can follow my progress on Twitter and sign up for updates on Simulit at simulit.app.
I'm looking forward to hearing from others working on their projects and exchanging ideas.
Thanks for reading, and I'm eager to hear your feedback!
Best,
