My journey to reach $50,000 MRR with my productized design agency
Yes I know, there are a lot of productized design agencies out there, but hey! There's a lot of product teams dealing with bad UI too, so my new goal in life is to get a piece of that exciting market.
I've been learning a lot about the productized model and I feel ready now to start with this, but I just want to focus on product design (UX and UI), no interest on graphic design or branding since these are complex areas that deserves a lot of attention.
What's my plan?
First, I need to have a good stack to manage my clients:
Plutio: project management and chat
Figma: Design, handoff and prototypes
Stripe: Subscriptions
Make: Sales and marketing workflows to communicate with my clients.
Framer: Web design
After this I spent 1 week designing and building my website, I tried to make it super cool to show my design skills. Take a look here ;) ( https://visualworks.io/ )
After this, I have a good Figma structure that is flexible enough to handle any type of product design requirements.
My goal: get to $50,000 MRR only with organic reach. Do you think is impossible? I agree, but this sounds like an exciting challenge.
