Its not clear what you are offering , a process ? so than it might be a methodology that you can teach , and where you offer training ? or... is it a book i can buy ?
First and foremost the design is great and the animations are classy. You did a good job on the site.
At first glance it looks like a book for the bulk acquisition of knowledge which seems kind of long-winded, but maybe that's industry lingo, idk. If someone asked me what I was looking at I would say it looks like a guide for how to optimize learning.
Scroll down and it looks like there's supplemental workshops/materials for applying what's in the book. Seems pretty straightforward to me.
If educators are your target market I would take their word for it over IHers. Maybe try to get it in front of the right crowd with some targeted ads and a/b test. If no one is converting then there's something wrong with your offer.
Idk if you or Thomas have authority in this space but if not then I feel like you need to find an influencer in your target market that people already trust. Testimonials from 3 random students doesn't say much. If you can't find this authority figure then the next best thing is to connect the dots b/w your process and proven techniques, maybe quote some studies or articles to back you up.
I really don't get your landing page @Sergio_Hunt, my thoughts are collected here

@Sergio_Hunt I think it's really well put together. It's very hard for me to believe that is a Wix site. Kudos. 👍
