Blogging needs lots of patience and consistency in you work. If you can’t do this then do not think of starting a blog.
Before working on any saas, first do a proper user research and market competitor.
Do not waste too much time on MVP. Launch 🚀 it as soon as possible and do the marketing with real MVP to get the real feedback from users.
Don’t ignore the SEO and landing page design. Design your website/ landing page in such a way that it acts like a sales funnel. Most of the time, users didn’t click on buy button because they don’t have any clear idea of your product just by visiting your website/ landing page.
Instead of adding new features, work more on marketing and try to take as much feedback as you can from users. It will help you to decide do you need new features or enhancements in your MVP.
Simple is the best. Try to make your product as simple as you can because market already have lots of similar kind of product that adds no value to your target customers.
These are not the only things but at least minimum knowledge that you should have before start working on any product or blog.
What next 🤔
This one is the main question that I am asking myself and come on conclusion that I will take a break for few months and then come back with other idea 💡 and start working on that.
Till then All d Best ☺️
I totally agree with all of your points. As a tech guy, i started coding too early way to often. I was afraid of customer feedback and not to pass the mom test ;)
Whereby that catches up with you sooner or later anyway. Now i love doing customer interviews.
Yes, early feedback means better product at the time of scale
