My LinkedIn post got 17K impressions. Only 2 followers. The profile was killing conversions.

Had a post do well on LinkedIn this week. 17,692 impressions, 218 profile views, 30+ comments. AI opinion piece about how AI writes 95% of my code.

2 new followers from all of that.

I looked at my profile and immediately saw the problem. My About section was a product catalog:
📄 Distribution Framework - "Stop wondering how do I get customers?"
🤖 Docuyond - AI customer support widget
🛠 NuxtBeyond - Nuxt boilerplate
🚀 Omniyond - All AI models in one place

People read an opinionated post from a senior engineer, clicked through, and found a storefront, no wonder they left.

I rewrote the whole thing. Now it leads with who I am (10+ years coding, AI writes most of my code now), the founder journey ($176 revenue across 4 products, learning distribution the hard way), and my tech background.
Products moved to the Featured section. About section is about me, not my stuff.

This is the same mistake I keep making with my products honestly. Leading with features instead of the story. Whether it's a landing page or a LinkedIn profile, people connect with people first, products second.

Has anyone else audited their profiles recently? Curious what you changed and if it made a difference.
