Great list, Hrishikesh! The combination of Ahrefs free tier + Google Search Console for finding keyword gaps is something I've been using too.
One thing I've found helpful for building topical authority from scratch: building free utility tools around the keywords you want to rank for. I've been growing a set of 125+ calculators (finance, health, legal, travel) and the long-tail SEO from individual tool pages compounds faster than I expected.
Curious — when you went from 0→1M, how much of the early growth was from tool pages vs traditional blog content?

SEO is the brain of marketing. Search engines recognize our content with SEO. Now almost every content is SEO-based & the market is full of competition. SEO tools are expensive for Bootstrappers building a new startup.

Do you mind me asking how long it took you to grow to that level of organic traffic?
So we first did it for Flexiple starting July 2020, and for Remote Tools starting Feb 2021. The combined traffic is now 1 million/month. However, we had already built domain authority and had some organic traffic (<5K for both websites) across 2019-2020. So we didn't start from scratch in July 2020.
