Great to see Email Octopus in action. I use it myself and find it so much less cluttered than Mailchimp.

I also agree with your point re: data usage. I feel bad using G Analytics -- but I didn't really have time to explore alternatives and it plugs right into hugo so I just went with it.

I actually started my blog too but I can’t seem to find the time to write content with 2 kids and more important projects going on lol.
How do you find the time?
I haven't until now, hopefully. :)
I find I can churn out writing pretty quickly when in the right frame of mind and with a clear idea of what to write about. I'm constantly writing down things of what to write about, so hopefully with that and a bit of focused time, I can start getting more things published.
Also, I feel like we can find the time if it is important enough. I've been trying to write consistently for years and have failed. I now feel I have more clarity in the things I want to write about.
