My new start kicks off, and meanwhile I need to pay bills

Project is kicking off, but money is running out and I need to pay my bills.

What do you do in this kind of situations, when you can spare only about 10-15 hours a week for freelancing so your startup will still be your main focus.

I have fast experience as a full stack developer, tech lead and CTO. I've managed teams for developers and have deep understanding of business-tech frictions.
