Hi Iain, you got some great feedback already but thought I'd add a little to it with this video critique...

Hope it helps. Looks like a great product.
Thanks, I'll give it a watch.
Hi, this is such a smart product! A couple feedback here as well
Colour. Somehow the white fonts are hard to read. Especially those above the fold.
headline/subheadline: I like how you’re leading with the pain point. Could this be further refined and narrowed?
I can’t tell what your product is and who is it for in a split second. I only know it’s an AI ecommerce order monitor system because of your older screenshot below.
For example: headline - How eCommerce businesses lose $100,000s a year without noticing.
Subheadline - Ootlier is an eCommerce order monitoring system that helps with A, B, C so you know Instantly when your orders are down.
the product hero image doesn’t say much as it’s just a dashboard. You have an explainer video at the bottom which could either be brought up here or you could use a GIF to showcase this section.
Calculators are absolutely amazing. However, I’m not sure if it’s too early in the section to put this. People will likely use ROI calculators once they are nearer to the buying stage. Seeing that this your home page, majority of the visitors will be in the exploration phase. So this could either be a page on its own, or much lower in the section.
more testimonials is needed. Case studies or customer stories will also help. This section should come in near the “above the fold” section.
Another cheat method would be to add an FAQ at the end of the page.
in the how it works sections, you can rephrase these as a benefit within a feature. Here’s what I mean:
Current:
Ootlier AI eCommerce order monitoring extension integrates seamlessly into your eCommerce platform.
Sample:
Step 1: Seamlessly + easily integrate Ootlier to your eCommerce shop in under 1 min - You don’t know even need to Know coding.
Hope this helps. All the best
Thanks
I actually have A/B testing on this. There is a 50/50 chance at the moment if you see the video or the dashboard. In hindsight I think that dashboard image is a design flaw but I didn't think of it when the designer was designing. I may get a do-over in the near future.
It's on the prices page too
Nice landing page - I understand what it does after a bit of scrolling.
I'd work on the top section a bit more - "It's easy to lose money and not notice!" could apply to:
Instead, I'd try something like "Never lose revenue from [specific event] again".
Yea, that's part of the A/B testing I am doing to figure out how to improve the original what we do issue. The thing is there is no specific event that my service looks for it just cares if sales drops it helps detect the hard to detect issues, SEO gone wrong, ads not converting, buttons not working, etc.
Also, I thought the point of the main headline was to give the pain point and then the subheadline tells them how your solve it? I'm still trying to figure out how to create a good landing page. It's so much easier to just write the code than it is to get people to use the code hah.
Looks great on the desktop the only thing that caught my eye is in "DAILY REVENUE £" field it doesn't fit and looks odd because of that. But when you switch to mobile - problems pop up.
I can't produce the mobile error, what browser? I tried on chrome to reduce it and also on my iPhone. Works fine each time. :/
The screenshot is from the chrome debug mode, click on "mobile" and then it present in all resolutions. I didn't try it on a real mobile phone. But if it fails in this mode, there is a strong possibility that it will also on a real mobile.
