My New Year's resolution was - don't give up too early, now I'm $1.1K MRR and growing

It happens all the time... You're developing another great idea that came to your mind, in case you develop it on your free time it takes more than 10 months, but the motivation is that "this time I will succeed". What happens when you launch? From my experience it's very ambiguous.. I get really nice feedback on Reddit, even made 4th product of the day on ProductHunt, but despite great feedback and praising, nobody cares of my pricing ;) I got 1 paying customer on Reddit and 2 from ProductHunt. Posting on Facebook groups that are related to podcasting, was just a wasting of time. So. It happened again, I've spent 10months on developing my great idea, but after launch I've 3 paying customers and many upvotes. So probably not this time... but! That was December 31st the perfect time for New Year's resolution. In case I didn't fail wit my previous one - to quit smoking (yeah I know it's so classy ;)), I came up with a new promise: try to keep up my current side hustle and do not start any new idea development. Simply try to grow Podsite in all possible and impossible ways in 2021. What's the result today? I just hit 1MRR mark yesterday, last 4 weeks Gross Volume grow is 143%, Lifetime Value $92, Trial Conversion 82%!

How does it feel? A M A Z I N G !

What did you continue doing past December to increase your MRR

I was trying this and that... Paid advertisement on all platforms Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit. None worked pretty well. Finally I've found out that cold outreach is a way to go, so sending emails for podcasters and suggesting a website for their show if they don't have one, works pretty well.
