So I've just launched Webstaff.io, a productized service specializing in Shopify development.
Now the biggest challenge is getting clients.
My outbound strategy is the following:
Reach out to Shopify store owners, designers, design agencies, CRO agencies, and other Shopify agencies (for whitelabel)
I know there are many CRM tools that can automate outreach but first I want to reach out manually starting with social media.
Every day, I'll reach out to 20 people on Linkedin, 10 on Twitter and 10 on Instagram. That will make it 40 leads/day which I think is not bad.
What do you guys think? What's working for you? Any lead-generation tips are appreciated!
Sounds like a good starting point, you will likely need to follow up multiply times ( build a cadence) and it can help doing this via different touchpoints ( linkedin, email, twitter)
You can find lots of data online for shopify/ shopify plus
