My path through Indiehackers
I would like to get started on Indiehackers, but don't really know where to start. I come here at a point where I feel I have a solid concept that hasn't been done before, but feel it is a logical progression. My problem is I lack skills in certain areas and feel I don't have enough time to learn and build it. I was hopeful to find a place on here that would be an obvious place to start. I've seen the email for the start page and looked at it, but that just doesn't fit the bill. Where do I start?
I would suggest having a browser and read of some of the interviews - reading other people's stories can really start to give you an idea of what and how things are possible. The podcast is a similar source of inspiration. I personally spent much of my early years as a founder seeking inspiration in other people's stories.
Then have a browse of the groups, perhaps Ideas and Validation and Growth groups are most interesting to see what people are talking about.
The process is getting feedback on each stage, ideation, pitch, validation, pricing and than Building the product
There are sections for each plus partnering up..
You can pay someone else to build it
Or at least make progress on the businesses before building it.
There is a group that builds with no-code tools that might help
Would you have a more specific thing you need help with?
The best way to get help is to ask concrete questions. What did you do until now? Where do you have problems? Etc. What information do you miss from the start page exactly?
