Hi guys,
After having being quiet for some months I want to share with you my plan for the 3rd quarter of the year and gather some feedbacks.
I'm offering communication service in the yachting field.
CURRENT SITUATION:
I've nailed down a luxury niche and 3 months ago I've pivoted for the second time.
Kept the same vision, same industry but adjusted my value proposal.
[I switched from a specific social media channel to Press Release creation & distribution - I've lots of good contacts with various media in this industry]
I sense that I'm into something that can works, during the previous phase I've build a newsletter with 1000 users - 70% of them potential customers - and engaged conversation with them offering some free services.
I've noticed that they are FAR MORE interested now that I've pivoted.
In three months I had various customers and had already to fire one of them ( not an easy decision but necessary if you want to seek excellence )
I've a dozen of meetings in the next two months and I'm flying in 3 different country to assist to some major trade show in this field.
MY PLAN:
At the moment I'm teasing only few of my contacts eplaining them that I'm going to pivot and soon release a new service.
Newsletter stopped.
I'm going to gather feedbacks during the meetings and the trade shows and in October I want to lunch a new website.
I'm going thought a massive rebrand in October :
Any ideas of what I should put on the website?
-my value proposal (i'm going to test the tagline with some Facebook ADS A/B tests)
-who I'm section
basically:
TODAY: I've some customers
IN 3 MONTHS: I will rebrand it in a much more professional way
FROM OCTOBER: I will focus on make it scalable - the idea is to follow the @Vinrob 's Many Pixel model of Productized Service.
