My post was curated and published on TheStartup

Hey guys,

I've been practicing on my writing a bit. I write about the good lessons I have and the story around it.

My recent post Design a Journey for Better Product Feedback was curated to the Design topic by Medium. Then TheStartup and UX Collective editors reached out, said they would like to publish the article on their publication.

What I’ve learned was, more effort doesn’t mean better results.

I put more time and effort into the previous posts, none was selected. But this one is now published on TheStartup (686K followers)

Published on TheStartup was a goal, and it made my day.

P/s: Definitely appreciate some claps and happy to connect if you're on Medium

Congrats! I've been wanting to get published on there for a while. Love it, thank you for sharing.

I got lucky. I didn't think the post was interesting enough, so I published it without a publication

Maybe they saw the post curated on the Design topic. Otherwise, I don't think this one will be selected either.

Thanks and best of luck with your posts Maeva!

      Thanks John!

What topic are you thinking about? Guest posting to Publication or getting feedback for YEN?

      1. 1

just around designing the journey for our users.

appreciate that! at the right time, we're looking at helping startup founders with technology products build community.

we're looking for folks committed to building a community and investing serious time into making it right; something they can be super-proud of.

so, if that's of interest, stick around! 😉

A commitment sounds huge, but it definitely something I want to learn.

              I'll sure be sticking around

                thanks!

i just want serious community builders at the moment... this is especially important as we prove out our concept.

i'll need folks who really want to build an amazing and growing business... and have community at the center.

Last night, I gave it a thought.

I take building the product and helping users seriously. Since I can't focus on many things at once, I don't want to slide in another commitment.

Appreciate the invitation though, John 😀

                    no pressure. i'm behind you!

Michael! I'm writing a new post, the points are a bit complex. Though I'm using your method to draft it, definitely helps me organize the points better.

Thanks for this and the tips :D
