My productized service just hit $5k in 3 weeks

I built and launched a productized podcast editing service (spectral.to/podcasting) and it just hit $5k in revenue in ~3 weeks psot launch.

100% organic referrals from active / past clients. Limited success with paid growth, but that's probably on me. I need to level up my ad game.

Here's what I'm doing next:

  1. Have an automated lead gen system.
  • For eg: email collection by offering something valuable for free - "Free Podcast Production Notion Template"
  1. Set up an email sequence - Reggie.ai + ConvertKit combo

  2. Invest in my own brand as a founder and Indiehacker.

  • One LinkedIn post per week.
  • One post on IH every week.
  • One tweet every week (minimum)
  1. Get testimonials from existing clients and add to landing page

  2. Paid Growth

  • PodNews ad slots booked

Excited to keep building on this initial momentum!

    Amazing @yashbagal
How do you manage clients tasks with payments? Do you use trello with stripe?

Amazing! How did you manage to get your first couple of clients. Were they from a previous service-based business?
