    My drugs have been…

    • poker, arguably gambling
    • video games
    • obsessive reading and Internet browsing
    • long conversations and debates via chats and calls
    • ice cream

    My positive habits have been…

    • rekindling relationships with friends and family via calls
    • more thoughtful content for Indie Hackers
    • cooking home meals every day
    • some productive life planning and accompanying reading

    My drugs have been:

    • chocolate and wine...nothing new there...but actually less than before.
    • having chats with people online, which I wouldn't normally have prioritised before

    My positive habits:

    • been doing more running (only going when it's really quiet outside)
    • spending lots of time in the garden with the kids, and combining it with some body weight exercises
    • my husband and I had to create work schedule (which basically defines when we swap over with the kids), I basically can't afford to waste time
    • I'm still finding little bits of time to work on my own things, enough to keep my mood up
    • going out on short walks with the kids
    • plenty of home cooking
