My startup workflow was a mess of 5 different tabs. I built one platform to replace them all.

Hey IH community,

Let me describe my daily workflow for the past year. It probably looks a lot like yours:

Tab 1: YC Co-Founder Match/LinkedIn: endlessly scrolling, trying to find a technical partner who isn't just looking for a FAANG salary.
Tab 2: Reddit/Twitter: Posting "get feedback on my idea" links, hoping for more than just a "looks cool" comment.
Tab 3: Upwork/Fiverr: Searching for a designer who understands "minimalist SaaS" and doesn't cost a fortune.
Tab 4: Acquire.com: Browsing to see what's selling, wishing my half-finished, pre-revenue project could be listed.
Tab 5: GitHub: Staring at a graveyard of private repos—projects that had potential but died from lack of time or a co-founder.
This isn't a workflow; it's digital chaos. The friction of switching between these platforms kills momentum and burns you out.

I got so frustrated with this fragmentation that I decided to build the solution myself. I'm calling it Startives.

The goal wasn't to build another "feature," but to create a unified ecosystem that mirrors the actual startup journey. Here’s how I tackled the problems:

  1. For the Solo Founder Burnout:
    Instead of a superficial matching service, we built a system that connects "Visionaries" (people with ideas and market insight) with "Builders" (devs, designers) based on shared goals. It’s about finding a true partner, not just a contractor.

  2. For the "Building in a Vacuum" Problem:
    You can't build something great without feedback. We integrated a validation loop and a live social feed (Startalks) where you can get real, actionable advice from other founders before you write a single line of code. No more building for an audience of zero.

  3. For the "Digital Graveyard" of Side Projects:
    This is the one I’m most passionate about. We all have projects with a working MVP that we've abandoned. Instead of letting them rot, our marketplace lets you sell these digital assets. It's a "micro-exit" for the rest of us. We focus on verified revenue and have standardized checklists for a secure handover.

Why I'm Here (and why it's free):

I'm a builder first. Right now, I'm more interested in solving the problem than monetizing it.
