My story on Flomo Health AI
I'm a Class 11 student who has always been curious about technology and artificial intelligence. While learning programming and building projects, I wanted to create something that could solve a real-world problem instead of just being another app.
I noticed that many people struggle with one simple question every day: "What should I eat?" This becomes even more difficult for people with diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, high cholesterol, or other health conditions. Most meal-planning apps provide the same diet to everyone and don't consider a person's health reports.
That inspired me to build Flomo Health AI.
I started from scratch, learning new technologies along the way and experimenting with different AI models and tools. My goal was to create an application where users can enter their health details—such as blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, age, and medical reports—and receive personalized meal recommendations instead of generic diet plans.
As I developed the project, I kept improving it by adding ideas like medication reminders, water reminders, grocery planning, and support for understanding medical reports. Every version taught me something new about AI, software development, and designing products that people can actually use.
Building Flomo Health AI wasn't always easy. I faced technical challenges, fixed bugs, redesigned features, and spent many hours testing and improving the application. Each obstacle helped me become a better developer and problem solver.
Today, Flomo Health AI represents more than just an app. It represents my journey of learning, curiosity, and determination. As a student developer, I'm continuing to improve the platform with the vision of making personalized nutrition more accessible and helping people make healthier food choices through AI.
This is only the beginning. I hope to keep expanding Flomo Health AI with smarter features, better personalization, and broader support so it can become a useful health companion for people around the world.
