I built an AI agent. Then used it to write this post. Here's the story.
Hey. I'm Ivan, 32, developer for 10 years.
This year I decided to stop building things for other people and build something for myself. That thing is AdroitVault — an AI agent that sits on your website and talks to your customers. And a storage module for documents because honestly me and my wife can never find anything when we need it.
I'm not a writer. I'm not a salesperson. I like manga, games, and being left alone to code. So I did what made sense — I used my own AI agent to help me structure this post.
Which is either very meta or very embarrassing. Probably both.
The honest numbers after 6 months:
Not many clients. I'll be straight about that.
But Atlantis Tour — a Bulgarian travel agency with a website that looks like 2008 — has been running my agent for a month. 62% of their visitors come from mobile on a site that barely works on mobile.
Still got:
91 conversations
93.5% open-to-chat rate
2 direct reservations
For a business that had zero live chat before. I'll take it.
What I'm bad at:
Selling. Completely. 400-700 cold emails. Cold calls and etc. Almost nothing back. It's rough.
If you've been here — or want to try the product — I'd love to hear from you.
Hey Ivan, I came across your story about AdroitVault. First of all, great execution — especially the results you got with Atlantis Tour. I noticed you mentioned challenges with getting consistent clients.
We run targeted app and SaaS promotion campaigns focused on bringing early users and qualified leads for products like yours.
If you're open, I’d love to share a few specific ideas on how you can attract more businesses like Atlantis Tour and scale faster.
