My Tech Skill X Your UX Skill

I'm not sure if there's someone who's in the same predicament as I am. I'm building a marketplace for comic book/manga artists with the following tech React/Spring/AWS sadly my UX designer has left me in the dark. Thus, I'm looking for a new one.

As for the project details, it will be a marketplace for comic book artists similar to Fiverr where they can post their services. Thus, it will have pages where artists can showcase their skills, services, projects and where other artists can search using the same parameters.
