Solid list. The "Content Repurposing Tool" idea caught my eye because that's exactly the pain I'm experiencing right now.

I built AI implementation prompts for 30+ business sectors (esports, autonomous vehicles, fintech, etc.) and realized I need to turn each product into multiple content formats - blog posts, Reddit posts, LinkedIn updates. Manually doing this is killing me.

Your comment about "pick the idea that solves YOUR biggest pain point first" is spot-on. Even if it doesn't sell, you've automated something annoying in your workflow.

One challenge with these ideas though: how do you validate demand before building? For niche tools like "Hashtag Performance Tracker" or "DevOps Alerts Manager," the target audience is maybe 1,000 people globally.

What's your approach to validation when you can't easily survey your niche?

Bailey, solid list! The Meeting Scheduler with AI suggestions caught my eye - I've actually built something similar for my family. The real challenge wasn't the AI part, but handling timezone chaos and calendar API quirks.

Your Content Repurposing Tool idea is gold for someone like me who forces marketing time into the schedule. I'd pay for something that could take my technical documentation and turn it into digestible social posts without losing accuracy.

One practical tip from building micro tools: pick the idea that solves YOUR biggest pain point first. That way, even if it doesn't sell, you've automated something annoying in your workflow. Which of these 40 problems do you personally face most often?

I solve all my own issues then sell them as a SaaS, statistically there has to be at least 1,000 customers, get all that at in a subscription, less Bill to pay, my app pays them

  3. 1

Your call to action is a bit empty, what would the other side get?
This list sounds like a simple wish list that wasn't research for current offers.
