My waitlist got 33 signups in the first 7 days

I launched the waitlist for Fileo (AI that organizes your cloud files) a week ago.

• First 4 days: 28 signups 🚀

• Since then: only a trickle

• Conversion rate: ~10% from visitor to signup

• And it’s not just friends & family – at least half of the signups are from people I don’t know 🙌

Now I’m wondering: is 33 in the first week a good result, or just “meh”?
Feels like I caught some early traction, but now traffic is slowing down. SEO will take time, so I need new ways to bring people in.

Curious: how do you keep traffic flowing after the initial buzz?
And what’s your take on my numbers – encouraging or average?
