My wife Emily has spent 20 years solving people's problems in person as an HR Director. I'm a software engineer solving problems with AI agents. She's constantly been frustrated with the lack of engagement from her people with legacy, overpriced HR portals.
So we've put our heads together and shipped an AI agent that just lives in Slack and handles everything HR right there where people already chat. Employees message it, it handles leave requests, policy questions, approvals and can even run autonomous tasks like pulse surveys or whatever you can think of! When something's sensitive it routes to a human and observes strict privacy boundaries between employees/managers/HR.
We launched a couple of weeks ago. Got one paying customer already - 8 person startup. Their team are loving the simplicity of it. No passwords/portals/setup, just start talking.
I'm looking for a handful of small teams looking for a simple HR solution who'd be willing to try it and tell me what's off about it. Free for up to 5 employees anyway, happy to extend that for anyone here who wants to give it a proper go.
justtalktohr.com - there's a playground to try it without connecting your Slack until you're happy.
Cheers.
Sounds interesting
This is great
