NAEOS Is Looking for Technical Partners — Not Just Sponsors

NAEOS has reached a point where I don't want to build everything alone anymore.

The repository is now an open-source declarative engineering platform built around a simple idea:

Specify once. Build anywhere.

The current architecture turns a system specification into a structured engineering model (NEIR), validates dependencies and policies, generates artifacts, produces AI context, and keeps evidence/audit information around the engineering run.

The project is also expanding into AI engineering control-plane workflows, MCP, plugins, profiles, marketplaces, distributed execution, cloud integrations, security, and governance.

Now I'm looking for partners who want to test this architecture in the real world.

Not necessarily investors.

Not necessarily sponsors.

Technical partners.

I'm particularly interested in collaborating with:

→ Security and observability platforms
→ Universities and researchers
→ Developer communities
→ Companies willing to run a small engineering pilot
→ Open-source projects interested in integration

The initial collaboration can be very small.

For example:

2–4 weeks → one integration → measurable result → open documentation.

A partner could provide API access, infrastructure, technical review, developer tooling, research participation, a real workload, or simply a community where we can test the idea.

NAEOS can contribute the engineering implementation, integration work, documentation, reference architecture, reproducible demo, and open-source collaboration.

The goal is not to put a logo on a website.

The goal is to answer a much more interesting question:

Can specification-driven engineering become a practical control layer for modern AI-assisted software development?

If you're building infrastructure, AI tools, developer platforms, security systems, or engineering research and this problem interests you, I'd like to talk.

I'm especially interested in partners who are willing to start with one narrow technical experiment rather than a large partnership agreement.
