My goal is to reach 10K users for my browser extension which is still in development. The idea is simple, highlight text and generate urls based on the selected text. Wish me luck!

Take my current startup from 170k ARR to over 350k ARR. This requires building the team out and finding more efficiencies in our marketing funnels.

Stop trading time for money.

At least: keep working on my projects and keep releasing them
Would be nice: get my first paying customer
Would be better: get enough paying customers to cover my costs
Would be best: get enough paying customers to work less for my current job and start investing more time in my projects

Staying consistent.

Simple - educate people about the power of the calendar within their marketing. It's the red-headed stepchild compared to email marketing. I have to educate around a simple concept ... "Get It On The Calendar First" (it being any time-based marketing event). I have the technical infrastructure completed and fully tested, the service has worked for over 3 years without a major problem, it will scale (built on AWS and we have sent thousands of invites for a single event).

So, 2023 is really about education. I have a few ideas, but suggestions from this independently thinking group is always welcome.

To begin with, I have several goals for 2023. One of these goals is to launch a new SaaS project, an accounting automation tool for freelancers and small IT startups based in Armenia. I have conducted market research and received positive feedback, so I am hopeful for its success. I am excited for the opportunities and challenges that 2023 will bring, and I am determined to make the most of it. Wish you all the best!

I want to achieve $10k a month free cashflow for fastmonitor.io - we monitor how fast your website and apis are, and give you an actionable dashboard to make them faster!

We recommend building a site-speed and reliability culture within your organization by integrating this monitoring into your weekly Friday team demo meetings.

I would also like to grow a consulting and referral business around fast monitor to help startups achieve better site speed and reliability.

I started fastmonitor in mid November and have signed up $365 in subscriptions, pre-product.

Reach $1000 with Text2SQL.AI (from $0), launch another Micro Service (send notifications from code), and work on at least 3 other bigger ideas!

Build Clientside.dev into the #1 place to train frontend skills - it's getting some solid traction atm but I need to build out a lot of content for the website to make the resource invaluable

Launch my product and get my first customer.

This question actually resonates with me.

I have three side projects in a "nearly complete" state.

One is online, and it's a free tool, but it's not getting any organic traffic yet, which I want to change to let's say 1k/mo visitors from organic search.

The other two's are saas products which need a bit more polishing before going live. I would like to finish those two and get the first paying customer for both.

My goal is take my 3rd startup Engagespot.co to reach $100K MRR by mid 2023. (We are getting some good initial traction now, hopefully we can achieve the goal).

Became a better game designer. I am a web developer, but I always felt intrigued about the magic circle that gets created when you play a good game. Be that a board game, video game or physical one like playing with your kids.
