Native Mac/Windows app to connect remote workers

I work remote all day, every day and would love the chance to see who is working right now along side of me anywhere in the world.

So I started creating a native Mac and Windows app to do just that. I've already created it but am missing the piece that would motivate someone to really get into the app. What do you think it should be?
