NDA template / generator

Hi everyone!

I hope you have relaxing weekend (full of ideas for the next week)! :)

I am looking for a NDA template / generating service. I used to get help from LISA, the robot, but it looks that Coronavirus got her too: http://robotlawyerlisa.com/nda/sabatical/ (who could predict that, even robots are affected...)

Thanks y'all!

Useful tool! One thing I notice with most NDA generators - they're not actually reviewed by a startup attorney, so they may not hold up for IP assignments or cross-border contractor situations.

Doing a quick validation check: would founders pay 49 one-time for a bundle of 5 lawyer-reviewed docs (NDA, IP assignment, contractor agreement, privacy policy, ToS) tailored specifically for indie founders and early-stage startups?

Not a subscription, not k+ for a lawyer - just a one-time purchase with plain-English annotations explaining what each clause means.

Honest question: yes / maybe / no / already solved this another way?

Hey Ciprian, I'm working on Claver, a tool draft and manage common basic Agreements, including NDAs.

I'm still working some UIUX / payments bits at the moment before official launch, but happy to offer it to you here for free if you think that fits your needs.

TL;DR on the solutions Claver provides:
    • Agreement Templates
    • Digital signatures
    • TL;DR summaries of legalese text walls to layman one/two-liners

This sounds great! What about support for different continents/countries? Seems like claver would make it really easy to launch some ideas quickly; never like the whole legal end that much..

Thanks! My initial aim is to create a canvas of sorts, flexible enough to meet broad needs first. Now, Claver is at a place where it is ready to have specific features for different geography/industry/etc.

If you (or anyone really) have thoughts about how Claver can provide solutions for you, or help launch some of your ideas, please let me know how I can help both of us.

Feel free to DM me here or reach out on Twitter!

      The TLDR versions are great.
